God has created every age unique and he blesses every life stage we are at. Anyone can tell you that 5th & 6th Graders have what could be called "in-the-middle" syndrome. They're not little kids anymore but they aren't fully young teens yet. So what special faith needs does a 10, 11, 12-year-old have? Youth in this age group are grasping what it means to have faith for themselves, how to live out their faith in a practical way, and learning how to be accepted socially by their peers. They are now encountering special needs that God definitely has answers for. Growing in Christ addresses these special needs and brings God's Word and Truth to life so it is relevant and meaningful to them in their every day life. Our teachers care about this age group and seek to actively disciple them in their journey with Christ. Get to know your youth's teachers and consider being a part of Growing in Christ yourself!
