Bethany Youth Confirmation instruction is a 2-year program for our 9th and 10th graders.

As you prepare for confirmation, it would be good if you had a Bible that could assist in your learning while in Confirmation. I would like to personally recommend a Bible called the Concordia Self-Study Bible. This is a Bible used by both Pastors and Landon, and various other church leaders. This is a wonderful Bible for high school age youth to use as they study in our confirmation program. This Bible is also the Bible that students who attend college at Concordia University are required to buy. These Bibles usually cost $50, but can be purchased for only $35 at Bethany’s Christian Bookstore. If you need help ordering a new Bible please stop by and see Michele Teter or one of the other ladies in the Christian bookstore.

confirmation Orientation Meeting for Parents
on August 27

Bethany Youth Confirmation instruction is a 2-year program for our 9th and 10th graders. Parents of 9th and 10th graders are required to attend the meeting. If you were unable to attend the August 20 meeting, another orientation meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday, August 27 at 7-8PM in the Sanctuary. At the meeting, you will be informed about the Confirmation ministry, have opportunity to enroll your child, and see how you can become an active part of it.
