CONFIRMATION
Bethany Youth Confirmation instruction is a 2-year program for our 9th and 10th graders on Wednesday nights. As you prepare for confirmation, it would be good if you had a Bible that could assist in your learning while in Confirmation. I would like to personally recommend a Bible called the Concordia Self-Study Bible. This is a Bible used by both Pastors and Landon, and various other church leaders. This is a wonderful Bible for high school age youth to use as they study in our confirmation program. This Bible is also the Bible that students who attend college at Concordia University are required to buy. These Bibles usually cost $50, but can be purchased for only $35 at Bethany’s Christian Bookstore. If you need help ordering a new Bible please stop by our Christian store. Confirmation Parent Meetings Bethany Youth Confirmation instruction is a 2-year program for our 9th and 10th graders. Two orientation meetings are scheduled for the parents of these youth on August 11 and August 18 at 7PM in the Sanctuary. Parents of 9th and 10th graders are required to attend one of those meetings. At the meetings, you will be informed about the Confirmation ministry, have opportunity to enroll your child, and see how you can become an active part of this wonderful ministry to our youth.
