January

January 1 – No youth group - Happy New Year

January 8 – Grog! Come and join in this fun game. Please wear gym shoes.

January 15 – Dating. Come for a discussion on this theme and discover that God has a lot of advice to give on the subject.

January 22 – We will watch a clip from a movie and discuss the theme and theology.

January 29 – Board Game Night! Come and bring a board game to play!

February

February 5 – NO youth group

February 12 – NO youth group– Youth Quake

February 19 – We will have a bible study and discussion and then time for games.

February 26 – Lentapalooza! We will discuss lent and play games around the theme.

March

March 4 – Joshua! Come and learn what this person from the bible can teach us about life.

March 11 – No youth group – Spring Break!

March 18 – Bowling – parent drivers are needed. Please bring $15.00 for 2 games and shoes.

March 25 – We will have a bible study and discussion and then time for games.

April

April 1 – Movie Night

April 8 – No youth group! Happy Easter!

April 15 – We will have a Bible study and discussion and then time for games.

April 22 – Couch Game!

April 29 – The Judges! Come for a discussion on some of the judges in the Bible and what we can learn from them.

Once a month a few high school youth will be coming to KREED for part of the time to meet the middle school youth, hang out, and form relationships. The youth hope to help the middle school kids feel more comfortable about entering YALL when they get into high school and they want to be important friends and role models in their lives. Please don’t miss the chance to “hang” with these kids on certain Sundays. Also note that KREED will begin at 4:00 on these evenings. If you have any questions please contact Kim Lauer.

wednesday night bible study for 7th and 8th grade

We began a midweek Bible study on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30 PM for all interested 7th-8th graders in room 131. Snacks are provided. The topic changes throughout the year and usually coincides with the Sunday morning curriculum…but youth who only come Wednesday nights will “know what’s going on.” Please see Kim Lauer for more info.
