Bethany Lutheran Preschool is an integral outreach ministry of Bethany Lutheran Church.  Bethany Lutheran Preschool offers a theme-based age appropriate curriculum for children ages 18 months through 5 years old.  Children aged 18 months to 3 years old may participate in our 2 day (M/W or T/TH) program.  4 & 5 year olds have the option of a 2 (M/W or T/TH), a 3 (M/T/TH) or a 4 (M-TH) day program. 

An important part of the curriculum is weekly Chapel.  Chapel is led by Bethany’s pastors every Wednesday & Thursday at 9:30 AM.  You are welcome to attend with your child.

The regular school term is from September through May.  An optional summer term (June, July & August) is also offered on a space available basis.  Preschool hours are 9 AM to 1 PM for all programs.

Children are grouped in classes by ages

• Toddler class:    18 months by September 1
• 2 year old class: 2 years old by September 1
• 3 year old class: 3 years old by September 1 (Must be potty-trained)
• 4-5 year old class: 4 years old by September 1

Please provide a nutritious lunch and drink for your child to bring during the time at preschool. Please  provide food items that are easy for your child to serve themselves and include any items they will need (spoons, napkins & straws).

Tuition Rates

Regular term registration for the 2 day program: $100
Regular term registration for the 3 day program: $110
Regular term registration for the 4 day program: $120
Regular term registration sibling discount:  $20

Summer registration (All programs):  $50

Monthly tuition rate: 2 day program - 18 mth olds: $185
Monthly tuition rate: 2 day program - All others: $175
Monthly tuition rate: 3 day program - $225
Monthly tuition rate: 4 day program - $330

NOTE: $15 monthly discount for second child enrolled, $10 monthly discount for third child enrolled.

Tuition Payment
Tuition payments are due the first of each month. A 10% late fee will be assessed on any payment received after 5PM on sixth day of the month. The church office is open from 7AM-5PM Monday through Friday. Payment may also be mailed.

Late Pick-Up Reminder
As noted in the Preschool Handbook, children are to be picked up by 1:05 PM.  A $1.00 per minute late charge will be  assessed to your account for each minute after 1:05 PM.  Children who have not been signed out and under the direct supervision of their parents by 1:05 PM will be taken to the Director’s office for pick up.

New Parking Rules
Effective January 1, 2010, parking will no longer be allowed under the portico for Preschool drop off and pick up.   This is for the safety of your children and others.

Civil Rights Notification
In compliance with the Civil Rights Act, the following non-discrimination statement and complaint-filing procedures are hereby provided to parents of current and potential beneficiaries:

Music Class
Children will learn new songs and finger plays as well as creative movement to music CDs.
