Our All Church Thanksgiving Dinner Sunday, November 23

One of Bethany’s most joyful events of the year is our annual congregational dinner that will be held on Sunday, November 23 at 5:30PM at Bowie High School.  For those of you who are new to Bethany, we hope you will join us for this special meal and fellowship.  Please bring a covered dish, salad, or dessert OR call Deborah Penn if you would like to bring one of the following: Turkey, cooked and sliced with gravy; mashed potatoes; dressing.

Thanksgiving Services
(November 26 and 27)

Invite family, friends, and neighbors to Thanksgiving services at Bethany.  We will have a service on Thanksgiving Eve at 7PM and on Thanksgiving Day at 10AM.  Come and give thanks for all our blessings. Please bring nonperishable food items and part of your offering.


KREED Thanksgiving meals for Homeless on November 23

The KREED youth are preparing Thanksgiving meals for the Homeless on Sunday, November 23. The youth will be assembling meals and delivering them.

We need enough food to prepare 150 plates of hot food.  Here are the needs:

  • 4 Hams - sliced and ready to place on plates
  • 10 people to bring dressing; at least 15 servings each
  • 10 people to bring a hot vegetable dish; at least 15 servings each
  • 10 people to bring mashed potatoes; at least 15 servings each
  • Drivers Needed.
