Sonrise Singers 2009 Tour

The Sonrise Singers of Bethany Lutheran Church in Austin, Texas present the 2009 musical, Raising Cain. This year the group is made up of 40 high school young people. They will be touring the Midwest region of the United States. Since 1980, The Sonrise Singers have performed throughout the United States, Canada and the Bahamas. Raising Cain was written and produced in house at Bethany.

Synopsis

In the retelling of an old familiar story, a young man, Cain lets his jealousy and envy drive him to disastrous result.As the life of his sister hangs in the balance, Cain meets the only One who can turn his filthy sinful rags into a gleaming robe of righteousness.
